Our steam boilers can be designed at desired capacity and pressure. All fittings and equipments can be manufactured assembled on the boiler as a package system. It shall be designed and manufactured in accordance with TS 377 EN 12953 Standard.
19Mn6 (P355GH) and 17Mn4 (P295GH) materials in accordance with TS EN 10028-2 norm are used in our boilers and all are A1 quality and TS EN 10204 / 3.1 certified. The pipes used in our boilers are Borusan MANNESMAN stitched, annealed, normalized boiler pipes which comply with TS EN 10217-2 norm.
Boiler mirrors are cut with plasma without touching and all of the pipes are welded to the mirror. Our boilers are welded by welders certified by Türk LOYDU.
Material certificates used, welding method specifications, welder certificates, reports of non-destructive tests applied during manufacture and hydrostatic pressure test report shall be provided as a technical file if requested.
